From our customers’ plates to the health of the planet, from our Aboriginal leadership to our Indigenous suppliers and apprentices, we’re changing perceptions, lives, our industry and society for the better.
FOR EQUALITY AND THE GREATER GOOD.
We’re opening up people’s minds to Aboriginal heritage through innovative native-food experiences. But by doing it as a majority Aboriginal-owned business, partnering with Indigenous artisanal food producers and employing Aboriginal people, we’re also breaking down harmful Aboriginal stereotypes and barriers in our industry and the broader community.
From native-food-inspired condiments to ice cream. From premium hampers to ready-to-eat meals. From corporate catering to event management.
DIVERSITY & INCLUSION.
At Gather Foods, we understand inclusive cultures make people feel respected and valued for who they are as individuals or groups.
Empowering people to respect and appreciate what makes them different, in terms of age, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, education, national origin, only enhances our business performance.
OUR DIVERSITY & INCLUSION PROPOSITION
Our belief is that when every person involved with our organisation feels engaged and valued as part of that team, our business unleashes an irresistible power and potential. This means that diversity and inclusive thinking is built within our internal structure across our kitchens & events spaces, and also beyond, to our supply chain, customers and stakeholders.
