EXCELLENCE IN BAKING COMPETITION
Shaye Jackson, our Aboriginal 1st Year Apprentice Pastry Chef, recently took part in The Excellence in Baking competition 2023 held in WA. She placed third overall.
The Excellence Award allows many apprentices from industry to come together each year to compete, share interest in baking and of course develop lasting friendships.
Our belief is that when every person involved with our organisation feels engaged and valued as part of that team, our business unleashes an irresistible power and potential. This means that diversity and inclusive thinking is built within our internal structure across our kitchens & events spaces to bring the best out of our team.
