With the love for small-batch food manufacturing, distilling Australian bush flavours to create a native-inspired gin was a natural evolution for the creation of Gather Spirits.

Our first release, ‘Wardan Boojar, ’ means sea country in the Nyoongar language. The language spoken by the first peoples of the southwest of Western Australia.

To celebrate Wardan Country, we’ve compiled a taste profile showcasing the best of what the South West has to offer. A juicy and zesty front with a herbaceous nose with native juniper, sunrise limes, olive leaf, saltbush, native basil and samphire.
