Embracing our love for native foods, distilling with Australian bush botanicals to create a native-inspired gin was a natural evolution in the creation of Gather Spirits.

Our first release, ‘Wardan Boodjar’ means Sea Country in Nyoongar. The language spoken by the First Nation peoples of Southwest Australia.

To Celebrate Wardan Boojar we have assembled local botanicals to reflect our stunning coastline. A lingering herbaceous scent of olive leaf and native basil followed by a juicy, zesty front of sunrise limes and lemongrass. A core of Native juniper (boobialla) and unique beachside flavours of saltbush and samphire, finished by an ocean-rich spray of sea purslane.
